The San Jorge University is proud to host the 12th ENPODHE conference!

The Running Science Congress will bring together outstanding professionals, both nationally and internationally, with expertise in both scientific research and practical fieldwork related to running, including long-distance and sprinting disciplines. The event will be structured into three main areas: physiology and performance, biomechanics and footwear, and health and society.

Main Objectives:

• Promote research and knowledge in biomechanics and running.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration among experts.
• Provide practical solutions for performance improvement andinjury prevention.

In addition to access to exclusive content and practical workshopsled by industry professionals, including:

• International experts: Kevin Deschamps, Jos Van Renterghem and Yves Lescure.
• National experts: Felipe García Pinillos, Borja Muñiz-Pardos,Ferrán Abat Gonzalez, Saioa Segura Alcaide, Fernando Pareja-Blanco, among others.
